Johnny Depp was unsure if he wanted to marry Amber Heard, his ex-shrink said in a deposition played for the court.
Depp's former psychiatrist Alan Blaustein read his notes from a session with Depp when he wrote "may not want to go to marriage, 51-years-old."
He also read a note where Depp described Heard as "being my mother and psychotic sister."
Psychiatrist: Depp had 'psychic wounds,' used Adderall
Johnny Depp's former psychiatrist described the troubled actor's inner turmoil and struggle with drug use.
In a taped deposition from January 2022, Dr. Alan Blaustein said Depp used drugs and alcohol to cope with "psychic" wounds.
"I know Mr. Depp had anxiety," he said.
"He was impatient."
Blaustein also testified that he expressed concerns over the actor's drug use, particularly his Adderall dependence.
"I would have asked [why he was using Adderall], particularly if he was not currently working," Blaustein said.
Ellen Barkin: Depp 'threw a wine bottle at me'
Actress Ellen Barkin recalled Johnny Depp throwing a wine bottle at her during a fight in the 1990s.
In recorded testimony from 2019, Barkin described an altercation in Depp's hotel room while the pair were filming "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas."
"He was mad at his friends or his assistant in the room," she said.
"He threw a wine bottle at me."
Barkin, who could not remember if the bottle was full or empty, stated that the bottle did not hit her.
The pair's sexual relationship ended shortly thereafter.

Actress Ellen Barkin testified that Johnny Depp was "drunk all the time" during their brief "sexual" relationship in the 1990s.
Barkin, in a recorded deposition played in court, confirmed that the couple were romantically linked in 1994 when she relocated to Los Angeles.
"We had a romantic relationship," she said. "Actually, can we change that to 'sexual'?"
When asked about Depp's demeanor during their relationship, Barkin stated that the actor was "drunk all the time."
"He was always drinking, smoking a joint," she said in the 2019 deposition.
Barkin testified that Depp partook in illegal substances, including cocaine, marijuana and hallucinogens.

A Disney executive testified that she never saw any documentation within the company that referred to Amber Heard's op-ed — which is at the center of Johnny Depp's defamation case.
Depp claims Heard's 2018 Washington Post op-ed defamed him and cost him tens of millions in work, including in the potential sixth installment of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise.
Witness Tina Newman, a production executive at the company, said she has never seen any documentation that referenced the op-ed, never discussed it and did not hear of or partake in discussion of its impact.
Newman was deposed on Feb. 11, 2022, and testified on behalf of Disney. Her recorded deposition was played in court.
Depp called me a 'b--h,' Heard's former lawyer claims
Amber Heard's former attorney Michele Mulrooney testified that Johnny Depp called her a "b--h" during a phone call after his marriage to the actress.
Mulrooney, who represented Heard in the couple's post-nuptial agreement negotiation, said in a recorded deposition that she was "rattled" by the conversation.
"[Depp] was very mean," she recalled.
"He called me a b--h."
When asked about Depp's demeanor on the call, Mulrooney said she believed the actor was "under the influence."
"He was slurring his words," she said.
Expert: All #JusticeForJohnnyDepp tweets negative toward Heard
A social media expert testified about the negative attention Amber Heard received online in the aftermath of damning statements from Johnny Depp's former lawyer, Adam Waldman.
Ron Schnell, a director at the Berkeley Research Group, told the jury that the millions of tweets that read #JusticeForJohnnyDepp were "all" negative toward Heard.
Although Schnell admitted he could not "get into people's heads" as to the source of the social media vitriol, he identified spikes in the hashtag use around the time of Waldman's statements as well as during the 2020 UK libel trial.

Music producer Bruce Witkin testified Thursday that his former best friend Johnny Depp has a “jealous streak” — and was at one time envious of Nicolas Cage.
Witkin, owner of the label Unison Music, said in a recorded deposition that he considered Depp — whom he’s known for more than 40 years — his best friend and “brother” until the two had a falling out four years ago over an unrelated legal matter.
