Educational Qualifications:

Probationary Officers	Graduate degree with a minimum of 70% marks or its equivalent or hold a Professional Qualification.
Head	(1) Postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance or a Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably with CAIIB / IIBF qualifications. ICWA / CFA as additional qualification will be an advantage. (2) Candidates have experience in a Nationalised Bank / Co-operative Bank at a managerial level, for not less than 5 years in the Accounts Department. (3) Candidates be able to function independently.
Dealers	(1) Postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance / Treasury / Risk or similar qualifications, preferably with CAIIB / IIBF qualifications in Treasury & Risk Management. (2) Experience in Front Office of a Nationalised Bank / Co-operative Bank will be a major advantage.
IT Professionals	(1) 04 year professional degree or postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Instrumentation. Graduates having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level may also apply. (2) Additional qualifications such as Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Networking, Programming, Languages, Database Management / Administration and I.T. are desirable.
