Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:






Duties and Responsibilities





  • Support the Aviate and pilot hiring team including coordination with various pilot hiring team members (sourcing, events, administration, project management)


  • Support planning and execution of events to engage Aviate participants and other prospective United pilots


  • Provide overall administrative support to pilot hiring team members, including records management and scheduling


  • Review and analyze data to identify key trends


  • Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and ongoing training and communication of the United’s pilot hiring programs









Job Requirements




  • Must be available to work 40 hours a week over the summer


  • Must be a current undergraduate student


  • Strong administrative and customer experience


  • Organization, flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Basic Excel and data analysis skills


  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position



  • Preferred Qualifications



  • Advance Excel and data analysis skills


  • Comfort level and experience with entire MS Office suite and Salesforce
