Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Aviate and pilot hiring team including coordination with various pilot hiring team members (sourcing, events, administration, project management)
Support planning and execution of events to engage Aviate participants and other prospective United pilots
Provide overall administrative support to pilot hiring team members, including records management and scheduling
Review and analyze data to identify key trends
Assist with special projects, ad-hoc requests, and ongoing training and communication of the United’s pilot hiring programs
Job Requirements
Must be available to work 40 hours a week over the summer
Must be a current undergraduate student
Strong administrative and customer experience
Organization, flexibility and ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic Excel and data analysis skills
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Advance Excel and data analysis skills
Comfort level and experience with entire MS Office suite and Salesforce
