The Customer Experience team provides analytical and industrial engineering support to our airport locations across the world. Our goal is to maximize productivity and efficiency while providing optimal customer service.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:





Duties and Responsibilities





  • Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to operational and process challenges within the airport environment and supporting departments


  • Develop and maintain airport staffing models to analyze manpower requirements and provide accurate headcount forecasts


  • Perform time and motion studies and analyze results to make recommendations to change standards and processes


  • Evaluate the implications of strategic projects such as capital expenditures and process and technology changes


  • Complete ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned









Job Requirements




  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering


  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint


  • Strong leadership and organizational skills


  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization


  • Ability to work effectively, meet deadlines, and shift priorities appropriately in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with great attention to detail


  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision


  • Experience with SQL and simulation software is a plus
