Qualification criteria
Eligibility for BE program
Candidates interested in entering a single subject in Engineering must pass Class XII with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (as compulsory subjects). Applicants must obtain a qualifying grade in each subject of the qualifying examination.
Candidates appearing and appearing in the qualifying examination i.e. 10 + 2 can also apply. However, they must pass an aptitude test and provide proof of validity. The scorecard at the time of JEE Main 2022 counselling, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their candidature for admission.
Only applicants born on or after 01 October 1999 can apply.
Eligibility for other UG courses
Candidates must have 10 + 2 pass with at least 50% marks in the respective stream.

How to Apply For IGNOU Admission Form
Candidates can download their application form for various UG and PG courses from the official website of the University i.e. www.ignou.ac.in. Fill out the application form carefully and correctly. They will have to pay a certain amount as applicable application fee in cash or by demand draft in favor of "IGNOU University" payable in Delhi. Checks will not be accepted.
Candidates are required to attach copies of the following documents with the Admit Card.
- 10th and 12th grade mark sheets and certificates
- Certificate of Migration from last school
- Marks card of the qualifying examination, if the result is not declared, attach the admit card.
- Character certificate
- Medical fitness certificate
- Safe Category Certificate, if applicable.
- Candidates should note that incomplete admission forms will not be accepted.
