Candidates only need to follow the given official link to find and download their ID cards. This is the only link the university has officially released to all current students.
Can I Get an IGNOU ID Card Offline?
Yes, if a student is admitted through offline mode, he/she has to get his / her ID card from the respective Regional Center of IGNOU and verify with RC to get the ID card valid. If a candidate has applied online to IGNOU but is having difficulty downloading his / her ID card, he/she can also get the ID card in print format from his / her RC.
