In this new and exciting role as US Sales Operations Manager, you will build on the current sales communication’s strategy delivering company news and updates in an engaging way to B2B customers through multiple channels. Your content will be engaging and support a leading B2B customer communications plan.



You’ll also manage the delivery of a best-in-class Sales Support team with our partner Delta Airlines to enable US Commercial organization to achieve Budget Sales Targets. Supporting the implementation of Virgin Atlantic and Delta Sales Operational plans and deliver US support.



Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:




Duties and Responsibilities






  • Work with stakeholders in the UK and deliver customized US communications through a range of channels


  • Manage multiple platforms through Salesforce and Partner Hub and delivery engaging US content to customers and internal teams


  • Be the link between Delta Sales Support and the UK Sales Support function. Ensure that customer service levels are met and metrics are achieved


  • Work with business development to report on SIP performance


  • Support Sales Events taking place across regions in the US


  • Work on/assist with assigned projects on Sales Ops related initiatives including research and implementation to deliver to successful conclusion









Job Requirements




  • Naturally inquisitive, with good quantitative and analytical skills


  • Ability to effectively engage and influence others


  • A creative problem solver with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment


  • Proven experience in data, statistics, analytics


  • Understanding of Customer Centre operations and processes


  • Advanced knowledge and practical application of Excel


  • Well-developed and applied numerical skills, with familiarity using data analysis systems and tools


  • The right to live and work in the US
