Operational management experience in a similar safety focussed industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence positive outcomes at all levels
Commercially focused with the ability to correctly assess the impact of decisions on business outcomes
Ability to focus on costs and work within a budgetary framework.
Proven track record of achieving KPI targets
Proven record of successfully managing change and implementing continuous improvement activities
Demonstrated commitment to managing a safe workplace
Able to work under pressure in a constantly changing operational environment.
High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
