Aga Khan Board is a private educational board of Aga Khan University. Its head office is in Karachi while it is an internationally recognized educational board due to its relation with Aga Khan University. Many schools and colleges in Karachi and other parts of Pakistan are affiliated with Aga Khan Board and every year thousands of students take part in the matric and intermediate level exams under Aga Khan Board. The paper pattern and syllabus of Aga Khan Board is different from other boards of Pakistan. Aga Khan Board organizes matric class annual exams during the month of March and April while intermediate class annual exams are held in May and June every year. Written and practical papers are held separately.

After few months of the matric and intermediate exams, Aga Khan Board announces the results of these exams for the students. These results are available at the official website of Aga Khan Board and the students can easily view and download these results while they can also receive their result cards few days after the result announcement.

After result declaration of matric and intermediate annual exams, the supply exams of these classes are held by Aga Khan Board couple of months later. The SSC and HSSC supply exams results are issued by Aga Khan Board after one or two months of the supply exams.
