OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. No 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
2. Preferably first class academic career, however only one second division in entire academic career may be allowed except in final degree/certificate.
3. A candidate shall not be less than 18 years of age and upper age limit is 35 years.
4. Selected candidate can be appointed/posted any where in Pakistan.
5. Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates / diplomas / degrees from government recognized institutions.
6. Candidates already employed in Govt/Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channel.
7. The name of the post applied for with Sr. No. should be written clearly at top-right corner of the envelope.
8. Applications / CVs along with attested copies of educational & experience certificates with a latest photograph must reach the undersigned within 15 days of advertisement Incomplete applications otherwise received after due date will not be entertained.
9. Candidates posses working experience in Radiotherapy / Nuclear Medicine / Bio-Medical department of reputable hospitals would be given preference.
10. Only the candidates who fulfill prescribed eligibility criteria may apply. Those who do not fulfill the requirements and apply for any of above positions their candidate will be cancelled at any stage during the process of selection or subsequently and no claim whatsoever will be acceptable during and after selection.
11. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.
