The above Offer is appointed under the contract basis of three years of rule 2004 Policy of Punjab .
The Provincial Quota is applicable for mentioned post: For Women 15%, 5% Miniority and 3% for Disabled Persons

Procedure of Submission of Application Forms:

In case of Candidate wishes apply for more than one district the the candidate must be mention clearly on form the District name.
Candidates can download Application form from the National Testing Service website(NTS), along with deposit Slip of 500/-.
Candidates Shall Submit their dully filled application form, along with deposit slip and Copy of CNIC and two current Passport Picture, Directly to NTS through Currier on the Address mentioned on Application form.
Test fee is Paid only Mezan Bank, UBL Bank, MCB Bank and ABL Bank.
Incomplete Application Forms and those Form that after the last Date will not be entertained.
Last Date of Submission is "11-09-2017"
