This highly efficient homemade toothpaste is made of 1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate and some fresh lemon juice.
Apply the mixture on your tooth brush instead of your regular toothpaste. Brush for one minute before you rinse well.

Crush some bay leaves as finely as possible. Squeeze the juice of one lemon or orange and mix it with the bay leaf to make a powerful tooth-cleaning mixture.

STRAWBERRIES

This fruit has bleaching properties and can be used for tooth stain removal. Mash 2-3 strawberries to make a paste. Apply the paste on your teeth rubbing gently. Do this twice a day for two to three weeks.

OLIVE OIL, COCONUT OIL AND SESAME OIL

Rub your teeth with one teaspoon of any of these oils. Then rinse your mouth and spit out as with any other mouth wash.

Do this every morning for 15-20 minutes.
