Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist with the design and deployment of training programs for high-potential employees
Research peer-reviewed scholarly articles and benchmark with other companies to implement best practices in high-potential development and for United’s professional academies
Coordinate the selection process for development programs
Develop training materials in various platforms
Administer and assist with the analysis of surveys
Assist with the analysis of program effectiveness and ROI
Coordinate logistics for program participants and external consultants/faculty
Job Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field
Ability to synthesize and analyze statistics
Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Motivated and detail-oriented
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Pursuing a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field
Ability to apply instructional design and adult learning principles
