Duties and Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:





  • Assist with the design and deployment of training programs for high-potential employees


  • Research peer-reviewed scholarly articles and benchmark with other companies to implement best practices in high-potential development and for United’s professional academies


  • Coordinate the selection process for development programs


  • Develop training materials in various platforms


  • Administer and assist with the analysis of surveys


  • Assist with the analysis of program effectiveness and ROI


  • Coordinate logistics for program participants and external consultants/faculty









Job Requirements




  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field


  • Ability to synthesize and analyze statistics


  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word


  • Motivated and detail-oriented


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship


  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications


  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position



  • Preferred Qualifications


  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or similar field


  • Ability to apply instructional design and adult learning principles
