Scholarship Explanation
The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MAT) announces the launch of the file selection process to award 40 scholarships to foreign nationals to study in Romania starting from the 2022-2023 academic year
Between May 1 and July 31, 2022, application files for Romanian state scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year will be sent in electronic format to the following email address: burse2022@dce.gov.ro. As per the procedure, only the original copy will be submitted by the candidates accepted into the educational institution to which the training will follow.

In order to promote the Romanian language and culture among foreign citizens, the Ministry has decided that the recipients of scholarships granted by the Romanian state will study in Romanian only and for candidates who do not know Romanian, an preparatory year additional learn Romanian language free of charge.
