But this will not going to happen now because the same charger will be used for all smartphones, the main reason is to reduce the extra waste spread by different types of chargers.
In this regard, European scientists have stated in a research report that 11,000 tons of garbage are generated every year due to used and faulty charging cables.
In view of this report, the European Commission has amended its law and announced that all smartphone and small electronics companies will make the same type of charger, i.e. only C-type chargers.
If there is only one charger, then everything will be charged from it, there will be no need for other chargers.
The European Commission has also asked consumers to use the old charger when buying their new device.
