PATTERN KMU CAT 2022

KMU-CAT shall comprise a question paper containing 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into the following four (04) sections:
Biology     Chemistry     Physics     English/Islamiyat/Pak Study
35 MCQs     30 MCQs     20 MCQs     15 MCQs

There shall be question papers of different codes in which the sequence of questions and their responses shall be different from one another.

The duration of test shall be 90 minutes (one and half hours) and the total marks shall be 100.
    There shall be no negative marking.
    KMU-CAT 2022 shall be valid for one year only.

    step 3) Preview your application before submissions. Once submitted, it can not be changed.
    step 4) Submit your online application before deadline.
    step 5) Download your challan form / Bank Deposit Slip, generated automatically after submission.
    step 6) Pay application processing fee using your challan form / Bank Deposit Slip at designated branches of Bank Of Khyber in Pakistan. Please login after 72 hours to verify your payment status.

    Note:
    - Roll number slips will be issued to candidates whose payment status are verified.
    - Roll numbers slips will be downloadable at https://cat.kmu.edu.pk at least one week before Test.

 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
 

The candidates must reach their respective test centres at least one hour before the commencement of test on 04th September, 2022 (i.e. 08:00 AM). The centres will be closed at 08:30 AM on the test day.
    The candidates must bring the following with them on the test day:-
        Original CNIC/NICOP/POC/Form B/Smart Card/Passport.
        Printout of the roll no slip along with one picture.
        A clean clip board.
        Two blue or black ball point pen (not pointers, markers, pencils, jell pens etc.)
    The candidates must strictly follow Govt. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Covid-19 i.e. wearing proper mask and maintaining a social distance of 6 fts at the entrance hall during the test.

    Important Note: Under Section (30) (a) & (b) of Khyber Medical University Act 2007 states as under:
    “All Medical and Dental Colleges and all Institutions of medical and allied health sciences in Public Sector in the North-west Frontier Province, (Khyber Pakthunkhwa) shall be affiliated to the Khyber Medical University”:
    “All private Medical and Dental Colleges and Institutions of medical and allied health Sciences in the Province, whether affiliated with or constituent of any other University, Examination Board or a Medical Faculty, notwithstanding any contained in any other law for the time being in force, shall affiliate with the University through a process prescribed thereinafter,”.
    Subsequently, the above relevant section had been saved in the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Health Deptt. Notification NO. E&A(Health)/2-279/2012/Vol-V (ii) dated 17th August, 2012 & Gazette Notification dated Friday, 09th September, 2016.
