Member Services Representative, AA Credit Union Loan and Account Quality Assurance
This job is a member of the Servicing Operations team within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for assisting coworkers throughout American Airlines Credit Union in achieving quality assurance and contributing to a friendly and cooperative working environment.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Review opened share and checking accounts and verify data for completion and accuracy for consumer and business accounts
Review unfunded membership accounts and closed accounts
Review approved, canceled, and denied applications
Document account exceptions via events for MSR resolution
Respond to MSR phone calls and e-mails for clearing of exception items
Prepare and maintain statistics for monthly reporting and identification of process improvement opportunities
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Report any suspicious account opening activity to management
Assist in development of department projects
Look for process improvement opportunities for quality control and fraud prevention
Perform other duties as assigned
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
Ability to pass applicable American Airlines pre-hire compliance checks
Must have an acceptable credit history, which will be verified
Knowledge of Level 1 Excel
Ability to type 35 wpm with 100% accuracy
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data
Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail
Ability to effectively prioritize work and work well under deadlines and high volume pressure
Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
1 year account processing experience
Experience with AACU systems
Previous banking or Credit Union experience
