How to delete Telegram account Permanently

Go to my.telegram.org, preferably from a desktop browser.
You will be asked to provide your phone number with an area code. Once complete, click Next.
You will be sent a message on the Telegram app via the Telegram app.
Go back to the browser and enter the code. Click Sign In.
You'll see the 'Your Telegram Cover' page and three options on this page - API Development Tools, Delete Account and Log Out. Click Delete Account.
On the next page, you see that your phone number has already been entered and there is a place to tell Telegram why you are deleting your account, this is optional.
Click the Delete My Account button.
You will now see a popup with the option Yes, delete my account. Click on it. (There will also be an option to return).
Your telegram account must now be deleted.
