Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières is recruiting interns for summer and fall internships. Interns will work in the organization's New York office and outside the office.

The internship is a great opportunity to get practical skills in the field of communication, development, programs, working with people and working in executive departments. Interns will also receive basic knowledge in the field of international medical humanitarian assistance.
All internships will take place in New York and the interns will receive a salary of $15 per hour.

Schedule of internships:
- Spring internship - from January 18 to May 6, 2022 - applications are accepted until January 15, 2022.
- Summer internship - from May 31 to August 19, 2022 - applications are accepted until May 1, 2022
- Autumn internship - from September 6 to December 16, 2022 - applications are accepted until August 15, 2022.
Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible. The organizers select interns on a competitive basis. Since the organizers receive a large number of applications every year, only those candidates who pass the selection will receive a response letter. Candidates can apply for several internships, and the organizers themselves will determine the duration of the internship.
To participate in the internship, candidates must be able to live in New York and have a work permit in the United States. If you are not in New York, you need to indicate in your motivation letter that you will be able to stay in New York for the entire period of the internship. The organizers do not provide accommodation for trainees!
If you want to become an intern, you need to send a resume and a motivation letter to internships@newyork.msf.org, in the subject of the letter you need to indicate what period you want to be an intern and the name of the internship program .
If you are applying for multiple internships, you must send documents for each program separately and indicate the correct subject of the letter.
