Inspiration For Home and Garden
For those who want to bring a little bit of the outdoors into the home, consider the upcoming spring season and take inspiration from the public garden. The Public Garden contains nearly 60 different species of flowers, including hibiscus, lantana, zinnias, and ornamental grasses. The collection of flowers and other landscaping materials makes for gorgeous indoor flooring. The Public Gardens are also an excellent source for gardening tips.
Located in Homewood, the Inspiration House was created to give homeowners the opportunity to see their new homes and garden. The 24-acre space is open for tours from Oct. 28 to Nov. 21, and the public can purchase tickets for $10 each. The public can tour the house from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends. You can also purchase books and other home décor. There are numerous ways to transform a home's exterior and interior.
The home's exterior is decorated with pieces created by local artists. In this way, it becomes a living version of the magazine's pages. The interior is decorated with artwork by Ashley Gallion Interiors and Cassie Tonsmeire, which is owned by Summit Media. The materials and services partners include James Hardie and ABC 33/40. A number of vendors are also featured, including The Nest, including AllSouth Appliance and Axis Window Fashions.
