✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Associates CAMO: Graduate / Degree in any discipline. Desirable Qualification: Candidates with Science (PCM) shall be given preference. Proficiency in MS Office and Computers will be a added advantage. Minimum 03 years experience in Aviation Industry.
✔️ Junior Associates CAMO: Candidate should be a Graduate Degree. Desirable - Candidates with Science (PCM) shall be given preference. Proficiency in MS Office and Computers will be a added advantage. Minimum 01 year experience in aviation industry.
✔️ Base Assistant: Degree. Proficiency in MS Office and Computers will be a added advantage. Candidate should have minimum 03 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Aviation Industry.
✔️ Base Coordinator: Graduate Degree. Working knowledge of Computer is desirable. Minimum 03 years of relevant Aviation Experience in the areas of Passenger handling, Airport handling/ coordination, Ticketing, Flight planning etc.
✔️ Base Helper: Candidate should be minimum VIII pass or equivalent. Matric candidates can also apply. Minimum 01 year experience.

Educational Qualifications:
Dy. Chief of Flight Safety:
(1) CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or without flying / medical category. (OR) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognised University with safety experience.
(2) The incumbent should have adequate relevant experience in Aviation out of which minimum 3 years of experience in accident investigation and Safety Audit etc and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/ CTC.
Safety Manager / Manager (FOQA):
(1) CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or without flying / medical category. (OR) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognised University with safety experience.
(2) The incumbent should have adequate relevant executive experience in aviation including one year of experience in Incident Investigation and Safety Audit etc and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC.
Consultants:
(1) Individuals who have retired at the level of E-7 and above from a schedule CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than twenty years including minimum experience of three years at Top / Senior Management Level (DPE grades E-7 / E-8 or its equivalent CTC level).
