✔️ Professor:
(1) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualifications(s) in the concerned/ relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed UGC listed journals.
(2) A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or research experience at equivalent level at the University/National level institutions with evidence of having successful guided doctoral candidate. (OR) An outstanding professional having Ph.D. degree in the relevant/applied discipline, from any academic institution (not included in A above)/ industry, who has made significant contributions to the knowledge in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence provided he/she has ten years’ experience.
✔️ Associate Professor:
(1) A good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ relevant disciplines.
(2) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever grading system is followed)
(3) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in and academic/ research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/ Industry with a minimum of seven publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals.

Educational Qualifications:
✅ Librarian
↪ A Master's Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point -scale wherever the grading system is followed.
↪ At least ten years as a Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/ Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years' experience as a College Librarian.
↪ Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
↪ A Ph.D. Degree in library science /information science /documentation /archives and manuscript-keeping.
✅ Deputy Librarian
↪ A Master's Degree in library science/ information science/ documentation science, with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever grading system is followed.
↪ Eight years' experience as an Assistant University Librarian /College Librarian.
↪ Evidence of Innovative library services including integration of ICT in library.
↪ A Ph.D. Degree in library science/Information science/Documentation Science/ Archives and manuscript keeping/ computerization of library.
✅ Assistant Registrar
↪ Master's Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven-point scale.
↪ Knowledge of Computer Applications.
✅ Private Secretary
↪ A Bachelor's Degree.
↪ At least 03 years experience as Personal Assistant in a University/ Research establishment/ Central/ State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous bodies.
↪ English/ Hindi Stenography speed: 80 wpm in English or 60 wpm in Hindi. English/Hindi type speed: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
↪ Knowledge of computer applications.
↪ Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m(English)/60 w.p.m (Hindi), Transcription : 50 minutes (English)/ 60 minutes (Hindi), Typing test: 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.

↪ A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any recognised Institute/ University.
English/Hindi Stenography speed: 60 wpm in English/Hindi.
↪ Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 35 / 30 wpm respectively.
↪ Knowledge of Computer Applications.
↪ Two years experience as Stenographer in Central State Govt. Organisations / University Research Institution or Central / State autonomous Institution.
✅ Technical Assistant
↪ Graduation in relevant subject/discipline from any recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks as per the requirement of the department.
↪ At least two years experience of working in a research laboratory preferably attached with a Recognized University or two years experience in audio visual Productions/ New Media Technology (NMT) in any Govt. Organisation/ PSU/ Govt. Autonomous Institution.
✅ Laboratory Assistant
↪ Bachelors' Degree in Science or any other degree in the relevant field from a recognized Institute/University OR Three year diploma in relevant field.
✅ Library Assistant
↪ Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
↪ Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
