The Admission Form 2023 is uploaded for PHSA LHV. The PHSA Application form LHV Admission Session 2023-2024 is available for download by interested candidates. The Provincial Health Services Academy, Peshawar, Merged Area, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan can only apply for the LHV course for Female candidates. The PHSA LHV Prospectus and the Admission Form are available for download.
The last date of submission of the form to be filed at the relevant nursing schools is the date of 9 October 2023. Female applicants can apply to a self-financing Lady Health Visitor Course. The status of School Wise Vacancy is as;

The Science Subject Matric Marks must contain 45% of candidates seeking admission for LHV in PHSA. The LHV course eligibility criteria in PHSA 2023 is provided below
