You can flash this .PAC.sc image file using Infinity CM2SPD.If you have Infinity CM2SPD Tool then read this help
- install required SPD drivers and CM2SPD Tool.
- open CM2SPD Tool and from Settings Tab Select CPU SP[SC773x] eMMC [Generic 4.x-5.0]
- From Flash Tab click on PAC and select .pac.sc file and then click on Flash Button.
- Press and Hold Boot Key or use Boot Cable and Insert USB Cable.
- Wait until flashing complete
