Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts for appointment on Basic pay Scale (BS)/ Tenure Track System (TTS).

7) Treasurer BS-20
8) Controller of Examinations BS-20
9) Director ORIC BS-20
10) Deputy Treasurer (BS-18)
Age Limit:
21 to 35 Year & 35 to 55 Year
Instruction:
The applicants are required to submit a draft/ pay order of Rs. 1500 for (BS-I9 & above) and Rs. 1000 for (BS-17 & BS-18) in favour of Treasurer GC Women University, Sialkot.
1) The application forms are available on University website (www.gcwus.edu.pk) as well as in the office of the Registrar.
2) only on prescribed forms alongwith brief updated CV, attested copies of the Degrees & detail Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, C.N.LC copy and three recent passport size photographs will be entertained.
3) Candidates applying for the teaching posts on (BS/TES are requirea to summit seperate prescribea form tin triplicate).
4) Candidate should mention the date of Notifications/Result and time period of a degree in the relevant column.
5) Candidates applying for more then one post should submit separate application forms & draft for every post applied.
6) Only those male candidates can apply for the post of Assistant Professor & above who possess Ph.D degree.
7) 3% Quota for disable persons (as per Government policy) will be applicable.
8) Applicants already working in Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
9) Only Short listed candidates will be called for Test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/ Interview.
10) Age relaxation will be given in exceptional cases.
11) Applicants against whom any inquiry is pending or in litigation with their parent institution or any Government institution or agency are not eligible to apply.
12) on the prescribed form (Complete in all respects) should reach within time to the office of the Registrar, GC Women University Sialkot alongwith 3 self addressed envelopes.
13) University reserves the right not to fill / withdraw any post withhold the appointment against any advertisement without assigning any reason.
