(1). Application form and online deposit slip are available on www.ots.org.pk.
(2). Please download the Application Form and the Deposit Slip from OTS website:www.ots.org.pk, fill up both properly, pay the prescribed test fee in any of the countrywide online branches of designated Banks.
(3). Examination Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
(4). Separate envelop shall be used for more than one apply.
(5). OTS will not be responsible for late receiving application form through post office or any other courier.
(6). Application form received after due date will not be entertained.
(7). Last date for submission of applications is fifteen days from the date of publication of advertisement.
