Qualification and Experience:
Chief Manager (Environment and Safety) -> A Post Graduate Degree in Environmental sciences/ Environmental Engineering or Environmental law from a recognized National/ International University. 10 years experience in Environmental Assessment/ Regulations.
Chief Manager (Information Communication and Trade facilitation) -> A post Graduate Degree in Computer Science (equivalent to M.Tech (CS)) from a recognized University/Institution OR equivalent qualification. Minimum 10 years experience in the relevant field.
Chief Manager (Business Development Et Trade Promotion) -> Any recognized degree with Post Graduate degree /MBA/equivalent qualification from a recognized National /International University. 10 years experience in the area of Business Development and Trade Promotion in a service sector / Public sector / Private sector entity.

(4) Knowledge of Swimming;
(5) Should pass the trade test prescribed and conducted by the Port.
Driver Grade I ->
(1) Matriculation or its equivalent;
(2) Should be in possession of First Class Driver Certificate issued under Major Port Harbour Craft Rules/ I.V. Act, 1917; (OR)
(3) Should be in possession of Certificate of Competency as Engine Driver of a Motor Vessel having engines of less than 565 BHP issued by the Mercantile Marine Department
under Major Port Harbour Crafts Rules;
(4) Three years service as engine Driver in handling vessels with above capacity;
(5) Knowledge of Swimming;
(6) Should pass the trade test prescribed and conducted by the Port.
Driver Grade II ->
(1) Matriculation or its equivalent;

(1) Matriculation or its equivalent;
(2) Possession of Certificate of Competency as Serang of a Steam Vessel having engines of less than 40 nominal Horse Power or of a Motor vessel having engines of less than 226 Break Horse Power, issued by the Mercantile Marine Department under Major Port Harbour Crafts Rules.
(3) Knowledge of Swimming.
