It is further intended for to say that after sanction of recruitment policy 2017-18, the NTS exam has call applicant for viewing check against posts of the diverse category of Educators and AEOs provide by the districts. The screening test will be held on 27th December to 30th December 2017 at District Headquarters. All CEOs DEAs along with DEOs will be present in the centers at the time of opening of question paper packets and will also monitor the test for the entire period.
The chairman PITB and program director PMIU are requested to coordinate with national testing service for transfer of data of applicants, prepare and provide software to the districts for recruitment of educators and AEOs for smooth and transparent completion of the recruitment process. Program Director, PMIU is requested to expedite the process for hiring firm for TPV.
The Director-General Quaid-E-Azam Academy for Educational Development is requested to make arrangements regarding training of Educators and AEOs. Training modules may also be revised in the light of new initiatives particularly ECE teacher training 100% retention, assessment, LND, Functioning of school council, school security, timetable, education calendar, Non Salary Budget, Child friendly schools CFS, monitoring, mentoring, supervision of Primary schools through AEOs and service rules and policies.
