Brief  Details about Qualification & Experience:


1- Manager Investment  
Grade-11(EQV-BS-18)

(i) MBA (Finance) or CA Preferably with CFA from a reputable University recognize by HEC 
(ii) Minimum 5 Years Post Qualification Experience of Managing Investment/treasury function in coporate sector

2- Dy. Manager (Investment) Grade-11(EQV-BS-18)
(i) MBA (Finance) or ACCA or CA (inter) Preferably with CFA partial Qualified. 
(ii) Minimum 2 Years Post Qualification Experience of Managing Investment/treasury function in coporate sector
3-Dy. Manager (Business/System Analyst) Grade-10-b(EQV-BS-18)
(i) Master(Computer Science/Software/computer Eng.) or MBA, MIS from a  recognize by HEC, certification will be an added advantages .
(ii) 5 Years experience of national/multinational organization in following key areas:
  • Requirements gathering, analysis and decoumantion of business processes.
  • Creating, analyzing and validating detailed functional specification.
  • Experience with ERP implementation.
  • Delivering elements of System design, including data, migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailed deliverables
  • Knowledge about Agile devlopment process.
  • Good Concept of Project Life Cycle and System Devlopment Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Exposure of RDBMS 
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skill
4- Assistant Manager (Underwriting) Grade-10-a(EQV-BS-18)
ACII or MBA/Master in(Insurance/Risk Managment/Finance/Commerce) or equivalent from a reputable University recognize by HEC, with 4 Years Experience
 OR
 BBA/Bachelors (16 Years) in(Insurance/Risk Managment/Finance/Commerce) or 01 Year Post Graduate Diploma in insurance or Associative of Risk Management, with 6 Years Experience.
 OR
 Cert (CII) or Bachelors (14 Years) in(Insurance/Risk Managment/Finance/Commerce) or equivalent from a reputable University recognize by HEC, with 8 Years Experience.
(i)Must be Computer Literate especially in MS Office
(ii)Candidate with experience or training/certification related to Treaty Underwriting will be Given Preference.
(iii)Experience of insurance/reinsurance brokerage firms will be equally Considered.
5-Assistant Manager (Claims) Grade-10-a(EQV-BS-18) 
ACII or MBA/Master in(Insurance/Risk Managment/Finance/Commerce) or equivalent from a reputable University recognize by HEC, with 4 Years Experience
  OR
 BBA/Bachelors (16 Years) in(Insurance/Risk Managment/Finance/Commerce) or 01 Year Post Graduate Diploma in insurance or Associative of Risk Management, with 6 Years Experience.
    OR
