2. Take a healthy diet
The people who think before what they
eat, they remain fit physically and mentally.
Eat a simple diet, avoid fast and junk food,
prefer home made eatables. Never eat to your seams.
Include eggs in your regular diet.
3. Offer prayers and listen the recitation of the Holy Quran
Man is nothing in this world. Man always
tries to achieve some or some other thing
in his or her
life but when the results go against him ,
he is depressed. There is a Supreme power
that is God Almighty. So when you are not
able to solve your problems, turn to Him,
pray to Him, seek His help.
God Almighty will never disappoint you.
Adopt the habit of praying to God.
Modern research also reveals that listening or
reciting the Holy Quran soothes the nerves and
releases the mental stress. So offer prayers to God
and recite and listen to the Holly Quran.
4. Try to become social and help others
If you are passing a very busy life and working
just like a horse, you are not doing justice to yourself.
Have some leisure time. Try to spend that time
with your friend or with your family. Discuss your
problems with them, share your pleasures with them.
This act will remove your mental stress. It is also not a
secret that those who help others in the hour of need,
they get happiness and pleasure in respond. So try to help others.
