1. The date for distribution of Prime Minister Laptop Scheme has been scheduled on 23rd June, 2016. Office timing of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology during the Holly month of Ramadan are from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Thursday).
2. The final filtration is still under process and those who have been short listed by entering wrong information will be dropped at this stage.
3. Students associated to Distance Learning programs i-e CIIT Virtual Campus shall not be entitled for Laptop Scheme as per HEC Policy. All such students whose applications have been processed upto this level will not be accorded further.
4. In previous email, all students have been provided a sample/template of stamp paper, Student Card and CNIC copies. Those who belong to CIIT Islamabad Campus should submit their stamp paper for final verification at earliest before the day of distribution (from today onwards) to the office of Additional Registrar Academics (CIIT Islamabad Campus). This change in process is to facilitate the student in order to avoid congestion on final distribution day.
5. Physical presence of the recipient is mandatory on distribution day along with original CNIC, Original Student Card and all requisite documents. No one else can receive the laptop on behalf of awardee
